BROO!

Behavioral Rehabilitation and Obedience Outreach

Broo! The goal of Behavioral Rehabilitation and Obedience Outreach is for dogs to be adopted and then remain in their homes. Too often, dogs are surrendered for re-homing because of a lack of understanding between dog and human. BROO! seeks to address this issue before the problem escalates to the point where the dog becomes at risk of re-homing or euthanasia.

How we seek to accomplish our goals:

New Parents Class

The New Parents Class is a free class offered to those who adopt dogs from area shelters and rescues. The class gives an overview of canine communication, safety, common behavioral issues, and gives an introduction to the recall (Come) command. Click here to enroll!

Free Foster Dog Training

An accelerated curriculum is offered to foster dogs and parents free of charge to teach basic obedience and make dogs better companions before they ever enter their forever homes. Click here to enroll!

Free Behavioral Consultations

We offer free behavioral consultations to those who have adopted dogs and have demonstrated financial need.

We also offer help for those who are at their wits end with their dog, and considering re-homing.

All classes are taught by a Certified Dog Trainer and member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers.
